"Not really my style"
I just didn’t vibe with the design of mazi.store. The whole site felt a bit cluttered to me, and it wasn’t very enjoyable to look through.
The colors and layout didn’t really come together, and this is where it got annoying: I found myself losing interest quickly because nothing felt clean or easy to focus on.
Maybe this style works for other people, but for me it came off as kind of rushed and not very modern. I probably wouldn’t use it again.
"Just really disappointing"
My order from Mazi showed up in rough shape. The item was scratched and dirty, and the box looked like it had been crushed along the way. I don’t know, it just felt really careless and left me upset about the whole thing.
"A bit more trouble than it was worth"
I was excited when I placed the order, but it ended up showing up later than I expected. I reached out to support while I was waiting, and they did get back to me, but it felt like it took longer than it should’ve. When the product finally arrived, it was fine, nothing terrible, but nothing that really made up for the hassle either. Overall, it just wasn’t the best experience for me.

The description felt vague, so I couldn’t really tell what I was getting. It didn’t give me enough details to feel confident about the quality, and I ended up second-guessing whether it was worth buying.

"Painfully slow and barely helpful"
I messaged them about my order getting a proper reply felt like pulling teeth. Days went by with nothing useful, and when they finally bothered to respond, it was some tiny, lazy one-liner that barely answered anything.
I had to chase them again, which is ridiculous, and still felt like I was being brushed off. Poor excuse for customer service if you ask me, slow, unhelpful, and just frustrating all around...

"Sizing seems off"
I ordered what I normally wear and even looked at the size chart, but it still showed up way smaller than expected. The return process was kind of a hassle, so I’m not really interested in trying another size. If you’re sort of between sizes or unsure, I’d be careful

"The discount didn’t feel like a real deal"
I decided to order because the discount looked good at first, but once I got to checkout, my gut reaction was that it just wasn’t worth it. After shipping and the regular prices were added in, the savings felt really small. It kind of gave me that “why did I bother?” feeling. I probably wouldn’t use Mazi again unless the deals are noticeably better.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been way too long. At this point, I’m starting to wonder if there are some hidden fees or something they’re not being upfront about, because the whole process feels unnecessarily slow and unclear...

At first I was excited to get it, but once I opened it, something just felt off. Part of me wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that it might not be authentic. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I don’t feel totally comfortable with it.

"Returning It Was Somehow the Hardest Part"
I sent the item back and am still waiting for my refund. Funny how taking my money was instant, but giving it back has turned into a whole journey.

"Used to be better"
I don’t know what happened, but the quality just isn’t what it used to be. I’ve had better experiences with this before, so this was disappointing. The stuff I got felt cheap and poorly made.

"Shipping felt way too expensive"
The item itself looked fine, so that wasn’t really the issue. But the shipping cost was much higher than I expected, and it kind of made the whole order feel not worth it. Maybe it makes more sense if you’re buying a bunch of stuff, but for one small item it felt expensive. I feel like I can’t be the only one who’d think twice because of that, right?

I tried to place my order, but the checkout kept failing over and over. It was really frustrating, and it felt like no one was taking the issue seriously. I just wanted to buy what I needed, but the whole process turned into a mess...

For some reason, the box showed up completely crushed and the item inside barely had any padding around it. I was disappointed when I opened it and am not happy with how it arrived.

I ordered this weeks ago and it still showed up late. The waiting was kind of frustrating, especially since there weren’t really clear updates along the way. Not the end of the world, haha, but definitely annoying.

"No updates and no follow-up"
I placed my order and the tracking was useless. It just sat on the same status for days, so I had no clue where my package was or if it was even moving. I kept checking over and over, but nothing changed. What made it more frustrating was that there was no follow-up from mazi.store at all, no message, no explanation, nothing. When you’ve already paid, that kind of thing really doesn’t feel good. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was trying to check out quickly, but the payment page kept freezing over and over. I ended up wasting way more time than I expected, and it completely threw off the plans I had for the rest of the day. Super frustrating.

I went in expecting to grab a few things, but pretty much everything I wanted was listed as out of stock. On top of that, the terms seem to keep changing, which is really frustrating when you’re just trying to place a simple order. Not a great experience

I got to the payment page and just didn’t feel comfortable putting my card info in. Maybe it’s totally fine, but something about it felt off, so I backed out. Whoever runs this really needs to make the checkout feel more secure.
